My intention with this space
Through guided inner journeys.
Exploration of intuitive painting and my creative wisdom from my own journey as an artist.
You will receive the nourishment and wisdom you most need to support you on your life path.
This is not a space to add MORE to your life.
It is a space to give you more space and strength to be with life as it is.
It is my deepest intention to support you
to live a life more true to YOU!
Your creativity never eft you.
It has just been tucked down in the soil waiting for the first glimmers of sun.

About the structure
6 live calls stretched between September to October.
Every call holds profound activations and healing.
We have a structured flow for each call and also room for intuitively sensing the needs of the group.
Guided meditation:
I guide us through meditative inner journeys. Calling in the mother space to hold us in the process. We ground into the energies of the cosmic field and bring it down into the roots of the mother trees. This is a space where you are invited to get really comfortable and surrender into your own being. Starting the calls int his way make it possible for you to meet yourself with love and gentleness and let the mystery unfold.
intuitive painting
Intuitive painting is a way to come in touch with the unseen, sometimes the icky parts we reject and don’t want to see.
The parts we can’t grasp without stepping outside the limiting fields of our mind. Art speaks a different language. A language of feelings, senses, colors and energy.
And anyone can practice it without any previous experience.
Gentle guidance
There will be plenty of room for you to flow and create your art.
To let your art unfolds naturally and without force.
A space of stillness with my gentle guiding voice to help you create with more ease.
Intentional sharing with the others in the space.
This is an intimate space of maximum 10 women.
Giving enough room for sharing (always optional) sometimes you just want to sit in silence with your own process.)
What do I need ?
Simple art materials is needed. You may use watercolours, crayons, pastels or what medium you feel most comfortable to create with.
I can give you recommendations and guide you through it before we start.
And a cozy space in your home environment. Recommended if you have the space to lay down or sit with a blanket.
You can have your kids joining this call it is always welcomed as I know how it is to tend to little ones.
Just keep in mind you might get more out of the course if you can have the space fully to yourself.
